'A job only half done': Former White House chief of staff condemns Senate for not having impeachment trial witnesses

• Democrats attempted to amend the ruling by specifically calling former national security adviser John Bolton to testify, but it was also shot down. Bolton said he was "prepared" to testify in the trial if he was called to the stand.
